Kanat Idrisov, a deputy governor of Akmola region, celebrates his 53rd birthday. The Kokshetau native graduated from the Kokshetau branch of the Tselinograd Agricultural Institute in 1990, majoring in agronomy as well as studied accounting and economics at the National Interdisciplinary Institute for Audit and Statistics.

His career started as an agronomist at the Sadovyi farm in Kokshetau region in 1991. Over the years, he held different positions including the chairman of the Tax Committee in Atbasar district, deputy director at the Burabay state national natural park, and head of the department for the administration of subordinates of the Office of the Presidential Affairs.

Yerzhan Murzabayev – the representative of the National Security Committee of Kazakhstan – celebrates his 51st birthday. He was born in East Kazakhstan region; Murzabayev graduated from the A.V.Khrulev Yaroslavl High Military Financial School in 1990 as well as the Finance Academy under the Russian Government in 1999.

He used to serve as a head of the financial service, inspector, deputy department head, head of the General Inspectorate of Finance, head of the finance administration of the Border Service of the National Security Committee, and deputy head of the Boarder Service of the National Security Committee of Kazakhstan.

Miras Beisembayev – the deputy chairman of the House Construction Savings Bank of Kazakhstan – celebrates his 40th birthday. The Usk-Kamenogorsk native graduated from the Kazakh Law Academy in 2001, the T.Ryskulov Kazakh Economic University in 2003 and the Russian Presidential Academy of National Economy and Public Administration under the President of the Russian Federation in 2017.

His working experience includes periods as head of the Office of Government Commerce, head of the public procurement and logistics department, chief legal advisor at Kazpost, deputy director at Vektor Stroi, manager at the legal department of the entrepreneurship development fund Damu, chief manager at the legal department of the Damu fund, managing director – Board member of the Damu fund, and deputy chairman of the Damu Fund Board.
