New deputy minister of Education and Science appointed

ASTANA. KAZINFORM - By the Executive Order of the Kazakh Government, Talgat Yeshenkulov was appointed as Vice Minister of Education and Science of the Republic of Kazakhstan for the period of Elmira Sukhanberdiyeva's maternity leave, primeminister.kz reports.

Talgat Yeshenkulov was born in Zhambyl region in 1978.

He graduated from the Taraz State University in 1999, Kainar University in 2000, and the Academy of Public Administration under the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan in 2010 with degrees in Economics, Law, Public and Local Administration (Master and Ph.D. degrees), respectively. Mr. Yeshenkulov is fluent in Kazakh, Russian, and English.

He started his career at Alma JSC in Taraz, Zhambyl region, in 1997. He held various posts in the Justice Department of Zhambyl region, the Ministry of Finance, the Ministry of Education and Science, the Supreme Council, the Ministry of Environmental Protection, and the Accounts Committee of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

Prior to the appointment, Talgat Yeshenkulov worked as Deputy Chairman of the Education and Science Control Committee of the Ministry of Education and Science of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
